5 Ingredient Cookies
Vegan, Gluten-Free

2 very ripe bananas, smashed well
1 scoop of vegan/gluten free vanilla protein powder
1 cup of gluten free old fashioned oats
1/2 cup mini vegan dark chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of PB2 (powdered peanut butter mixed with 1.5 tablespoons of water) or any nut butter.
Dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix everything together in a bowl besides the chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased with cooking spray baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

These are really good, and good for you!
