respect for radishes

everyday at work {in the edible living test kitchen} i am lucky enough to lunch with sarah copeland. she has the  ability to throw together a handful of fresh {usually from the garden} & flavorful ingredients & truly create a work of art. already, in such a short amount of time, i have learned a few things that i will carry with me for the rest of my life. one being, something as simple as a thinly sliced radish can make a tortilla look like it should be auctioned off at christie’s.
